CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the total treatment cost. Cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to 100% of the total treatment cost.
